IT System Administrator Infrastructure (m / f / d)
We, Immergut GmbH & Co KG, are specialized in contract filling and co-packing. Our focus is always on the customer and consumer. Thanks to outstanding quality management at all levels and unique expertise in all areas of the company, we have developed into a flexible partner for retail and industrial customers both nationally and internationally. With one location in Germany and 200 employees, we may not be a large dairy group, but we are a strong family characterized by unrestricted cooperation.
We are looking for you as our new IT System Administrator Infrastructure. You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure, assisting with projects and providing support. You will also implement potential improvements and manage the software distribution solution.
Your tasks
- Independent, responsible support and further development of our IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, HA data center, firewall, VMWare, M365, MSQL, etc.)
- Collaboration and independent evaluation, planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
- Identification and implementation of improvement potentials
- Contact person for the specialist departments for infrastructural issues
- 2nd / 3rd level support
- Independent documentation of the activities carried out in the internal knowledge base and the ticket system
- Support of the existing software distribution solution (Empirum), expansion of this solution
