The Role :

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Educational Program Content Manager (m / f / d) to join our in-house team.

If you love designing educational programs and crafting engaging content, this role is for you.

You’ll be pivotal in shaping our offerings, ensuring they are top-notch and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design and Develop Programs - Innovate and create educational programs that hit the mark in the raw materials industry.
  • Create Engaging Content - Develop high-quality, compelling learning materials, from digital content to full-blown courses.
  • Market Strategically - Team up with our marketing gurus to effectively promote our programs and draw in a diverse crowd.
  • Plan Strategically - Align our educational initiatives with industry trends and future needs.
  • Implement Programs - Roll out educational programs smoothly, from pilot phases to full-scale launch.
  • Drive Improvement - Use data to continuously tweak and improve our programs for the best learning outcomes.
  • Ensure Quality - Make sure our programs and content meet all necessary standards and benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven track record in educational program design and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Creative thinker who can produce engaging and impactful learning materials.
  • Experience in marketing educational programs and attracting learners.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Knowledge of the raw materials sector or related industries.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tech.
