The HAWK University of Applied Sciences Hildesheim / Holzminden / Göttingen is seeking to fill the following position in the Research and Transfer Department at the Göttingen site at the earliest possible date, limited until December 31, 2028 :

Coordinator (m / f / d) in the field of research information systems

up to E 13 TV-L, part-time with 29.85 hours / week)

Since the beginning of 2025, the HAWK has been home to the joint project "Development of a network and services for research information" under the umbrella of Hochschule.digital Niedersachsen, which supports the establishment and expansion of suitable and efficient research information systems (RIS) at Lower Saxony's universities of applied sciences (HAW) and universities. In the process, FIS competencies are developed and expanded by central FIS consultants (m / f / d). In addition, the necessary methods and standards for RI are identified, taking into account the framework conditions of HAW / universities and the specialist disciplines, and made available to researchers and the administration in a structured manner in the form of knowledge and offers. The project thus contributes to the professionalization and increased effectiveness of the universities' own RIs. The services are to be further expanded with the help of this office. They develop RI know-how centrally with all participating universities, prepare it and make it available in various forms and formats to the RI officers (m / f / d) at the universities in Lower Saxony.

Your tasks

• Take over the project coordination and administration
• Networking with FIS communities in Lower Saxony and throughout Germany
• Needs assessment and close cooperation with the competence centers and FIS consultants
• Workshop orientation and event planning
• Development of concepts for (launch) strategies
• Preparation of handouts and reports and collection of best practices
• Support in setting up a Lower Saxony-wide information portal
• Maintenance and expansion of communication offerings, channels and materials including social media
