Your tasks
- You package and distribute software products using modern scripting languages
- You work with common software distribution solutions such as Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), OPSI
- You improve and optimize the software distribution processes
- You analyze and rectify faults in new and existing software packages
- You are the central contact person (m / f / d) for the introduction of new software products
- You carry out functional tests of new software packages
- You create associated documentation and develop it further
Your profile
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or comparable) or an IT degreeYou have experience of working in a ticket systemRelevant certifications or completed training courses are an advantage, but not essentialA good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working characterize youYou work just as well independently as part of a teamIdeally you have a class B driving licenseFluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantageYour experience
Knowledge in the following areas is desirable :
Creation of software packages (e.g. with Powershell and Batch) or (initial) scripting experienceCarrying out error analyses of software packages / programs as well as troubleshooting in Windows environmentsKnowledge of scripting or programming languages (Powershell, OPSI script, Python or others)Creation of concepts and installation instructionsKnowledge of service management and ITIL is an advantageWhat we offer you
