To make sure that we are on the forefront of our area and that we have a continuous and proactive dialogue with the market, we are looking for an experienced colleague to join our climate adaption team. We are 170 team members working alongside our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects within climate adaption, and we are thrilled to have contributed to projects in both utilities, industry, and within the green transition. These include e.g. Power to X in Esbjerg, lock projects in Aabenraa and Kolding, Lego and rainwater management in Bolbro for VCS.We are looking for a colleague who has extensive knowledge in the drainage and climate adaption area. Possibly, you have previously had a similar role focused partly on projects and partly on market development. Alternatively, you have worked in a Specialist or Project Manager role within climate adaption, and you are now ready to move on and up into a business development role. If you have the right background and experience, you will have the possibility to become part of our management team. Your focus will be on southern Denmark – more specifically on our offices in Odense, Esbjerg and Vejle. You will be dividing your time between projects and business development initiatives – the exact job description can be adapted to (and in collaboration with) the right candidate. Your key responsibilities will be :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of drainage and climate adaption
  • Coordinate and secure tasks and bids
  • Maintain, expand and leverage networks, especially in Southern Denmark
  • Mentoring juniors and significantly contributing to their professional growth
  • Sparring with the rest of the business development and management team

  • A degree in engineering
  • Extensive knowledge in drainage and climate adaption
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with project management in the field of drainage and climate adaption
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in Danish
  • As fluency in Danish is an important asset for this position, you are welcome to submit your application in Danish.We will conduct interviews continuously.
