Technical Product Support (m / f / d) Digital Applications - Achern

The focus here is on the remote capability of our customer systems and the provision of apps to simplify the operation of our customer systems.

The following challenges await you

• Product support & contact person for digital applications : You are the central point of contact for all questions and problems relating to our digital applications. You support users in their use and contribute to the continuous improvement of the products.
• Interface : As the interface between the internal specialist departments and external development, you ensure a smooth flow of information and support the implementation of requirements.
• Provision of new applications and features : You support the introduction of new applications and features. This includes creating training courses and videos to ensure smooth use.
• Setting up, maintaining and monitoring the internal infrastructure : You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the internal IT infrastructure. This also includes monitoring and maintaining existing systems.
• Production and monitoring of routers in the field : You monitor the functionality of the routers in use and ensure that they are working properly.
• Project and sub-project management : You take over the management of internal projects or sub-projects and ensure that they are successfully implemented.
