Field of activity

DRV Bund IT" is the service provider for the German Federal Pension Insurance and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close coordination with the customer. Our IT specialist domain User Services bundles all services relating to the modern IT workplace, including hardware and software equipment, and thus ensures stable and efficient IT for around 27,000 employees of the DRV Bund. The Digital Marketplace team focuses on product responsibility and support for a cross-agency Confluence instance for the provision and exchange of information.

Your tasks

  • Further development : You are responsible for the technical development of the existing DRV-internal Confluence instance "Digital Marketplace" and are responsible for the development, introduction and migration of further instances.
  • Innovation management : In your role, you will analyze and evaluate technological innovations and develop new standards from them. You will lead projects or actively participate in project teams to drive innovative solutions forward.
  • Procurement : You will be responsible for procurements relating to the digital marketplace and for preparing procurement documents (e.g. profitability analyses and service descriptions).
  • Central contact person : You act as the DRV Bund's customer interface for users of the Digital Marketplace. You analyse, evaluate and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Communication : You support the planning and implementation of communication measures.
  • Editorial interface : You support the planning, creation and publication of articles and contributions on the digital marketplace.
  • Knowledge management : You carry out information and introductory events on Confluence use and continuously develop educational concepts.
  • Organizational support : You will also provide technical and organizational support to the team leader.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable several years of practical experience in the IT field
  • You have several years of knowledge and practical experience of the Confluence software
  • You already have several years of practical, task-relevant professional experience in the planning and introduction of collaboration applications.
  • You have several years of experience in project management
  • You have several years of experience in data protection, IT security, accessibility and usability.
  • You have knowledge of Java, Java Script, GRoovy, HTML, CSS, Apache Velocity.
  • You are willing to carry out business trips within Germany
  • A pronounced customer orientation, a communicative and confident manner as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and coordination skills round off your profile
